As the owner of a server, you have the authority to grant reseller privileges to any user within your WHM hosting environment. Users with root access in WHM can also log in and assume control of their reseller client's WHM account. This enables direct configuration and management of service affairs on behalf of your client.
To access the Reseller WHM Account:

Sign in to your WHM root account.

Navigate to the Resellers option in the menu.

Select the Reseller Center option.
The Reseller Center panel will be displayed.

Choose the desired reseller account from the Reseller Actions dropdown list.

Select Log in to WHM.
The WHM panel interface for the account will open in a new tab, allowing you to operate it as the reseller.
