How to Access a User’s cPanel Account via WHM?

As an administrator, you possess the capability to assume control over your clients' user accounts. With root access to the WHM panel, you can seamlessly access a user's cPanel account.

To Access a User’s cPanel Account:

  1. Log in to your WHM root account.

  2. Navigate to the Account Information option in the navigation menu.

  1. Choose 'List Accounts.'

A list of all active cPanel user accounts will be displayed.

  1.  Locate the user account you wish to access and click on the cPanel icon next to it.

The cPanel of the selected user account will open, allowing you to freely customize its settings. 

You can utilize this method to access any cPanel account under your WHM root.
