-
Access your Plesk account.
-
Navigate to the left sidebar, and under Hosting Services, select Customers.
-
To create a new customer, select "Add a Customer."
-
Fill in the required fields marked with an asterisk in the "Contact Information" section.
-
Within the "Information for the administrator" section, add a description in the provided textbox. Note that customers cannot view this description.
-
In the "Access to Plesk" section, input the desired username and password in their respective fields. Re-enter the same password in the "Repeat password" field, ensuring it is alphanumeric. Alternatively, click "Generate" for an auto-generated password (we have manually entered the password in this example).
-
The customer will utilize these login credentials to access their Customer Panel.
-
Select the checkbox if you wish to send an activation link to the customer via email.
-
In the "Subscription" section, the checkbox is initially selected by default. If deselected, the customer will be unable to log in to the Customer Panel.
-
Input the domain name of the customer in the "Domain name" field. The default IP address will be displayed in this section.
-
Input the identical username and password as specified in the "Access to Plesk" section. Confirm by re-entering the same password in the "Confirm password" field, ensuring it is alphanumeric.
-
Select the service plan from the dropdown menu. In this case, we are choosing the same service plan that has already been created.
-
Do not choose this checkbox, as selecting it will lock the subscription for syncing.
-
If you wish to include any description, you can enter it in this textbox. Note that this information is solely visible to the Plesk administrator or reseller.
-
Ensure the security of your domain by selecting the Let’s Encrypt SSL checkbox. Ensure your domain is correctly pointing to a server. After adding the customer to Plesk, you can proceed to install Let’s Encrypt SSL.
-
Click on OK to complete the process.
This concludes the steps for adding a customer in the reseller Plesk panel.
