To establish a PostgreSQL user, navigate to the cPanel -> PostgreSQL Databases interface.
Complete the Add New User form by entering the desired username and password. Keep in mind that the username should consistently incorporate your cPanel username as a prefix.
Next, integrate the recently created username into an already existing database. Utilize the Add User to DB form for this task. Just choose the relevant database and user, then proceed to click the Submit button.
