This article details the process of statistic information viewing from websites through Plesk. To set this up for the first time you have to select which statistics tool Plesk is going to use. Statistics come only after the instrument setting is fixed.
Steps to set up statistics tool for your website:
This has to be done only once i.e., for the first time.

Log into your Plesk panel.

On the left sidebar, under Website and Domains.

Go to Websites and Domains page, then click on Hosting Settings icon.

In Hosting Settings screen under the Web Scripting and Statistics section scroll down.
At the bottom of this part click on drop-down box and choose Webalizer or AWStats. Both these instruments can provide the full and running website statistics.
Note: In essence, both Webalizer and AWStats summarize and represent websites statistics in multiple ways. If you need more information to assist your decision, then check them at Webalizer and AWStats
6) Now click OK to save the selections.
7) If changing the selected statistics tool is what you want, then all you have to do is follow the procedure once again and select another option from the drop down list.
# Steps to view your website statistics:
1) Log into your Plesk account.
2) On the left part of the panel click Statistics.
3) After that, click on Web Statistics and then View for the domain whose statistics you want to see. Statistics are appearing in a new opened window.
