How To Create A Catch-All Email Account In Plesk?

A catch-all email account is a mailbox that has been set up to receive all the emails sent in error or for addresses which are not within a domain. In case you set up a catch-all email address, it allows you to capture all the emails misaddressed due to spelling errors. You should check your catch-all email account periodically as it may be flooded with spam emails.

  • Login to Plesk.

  • In the left sidebar, click ‘Mail’.

  • In the ‘Mail’ page, click on ‘Mail Settings’.

  • Choose the check box that is beside the domain which you want to create catch-all email account.

  • Select the choice ‘Non-Existent Users Mail’.

  • In the section ‘Mail for Non- Existent Users in Selected Domains’, click on the option, forward to address.

  • In the text box below, type in email address that will act as a catch-all mail and all messages go there.

  • Click on ‘Ok’.

Plesk will enable the catch-all email account.
