A catch-all email account is a mailbox that has been set up to receive all the emails sent in error or for addresses which are not within a domain. In case you set up a catch-all email address, it allows you to capture all the emails misaddressed due to spelling errors. You should check your catch-all email account periodically as it may be flooded with spam emails.

Login to Plesk.

In the left sidebar, click ‘Mail’.

In the ‘Mail’ page, click on ‘Mail Settings’.

Choose the check box that is beside the domain which you want to create catch-all email account.

Select the choice ‘Non-Existent Users Mail’.

In the section ‘Mail for Non- Existent Users in Selected Domains’, click on the option, forward to address.

In the text box below, type in email address that will act as a catch-all mail and all messages go there.

Click on ‘Ok’.
Plesk will enable the catch-all email account.
