Low/Poor Speed

If you experience that you have very low speed or poor connection, start with a restart of both your fiber modem and your router.  
  

Step 1. Unplug the power cable from both your fiber modem and your router. Wait a minute. Then plug the devices back in and wait for them to start up. Try and see if the problem is solved.
Step 2. If you still have problems, you should connect a computer with a regular internet cable directly to your fiber modem and see if the problem disappears. 
 

Step 3. If you still have problems, you can create a case in our customer portal and we will help you troubleshoot.
