If you don't get over 100mbit when you do a broadband test, check if your router can handle more than 100mbit, many entry-level router models only have 100/10 mbit on the WAN interface, to get over 100mbit you must have a router that can handle 1000mbit on the WAN interface. The WAN interface is the port that you connect to the fiber modem. You usually find the specifications for your router if you search for your router on the internet, under specifications it states which speeds the ports can handle.
