I want to cancel my broadband service, how do I do it?
The easiest way is to log in to the customer panel and bring up the option for the service you want to cancel and when you want it to end.
There is a 1-month notice period unless otherwise agreed.
You log in to the customer portal and click on cancellation of service. Then you choose which service to cancel.
