This guide outlines the process of restoring a backup for a file or directory in WHM. The Admin user can back up any file or directory and subsequently choose to restore it. Follow these steps:

Log in to WHM.

Select the "Backup" option and then click on "File and Directory Restoration."

Choose the account for which you want to view the backup.

Choose the "View Backup" option situated at the bottom of the page.

You need to either "Enter the path" or "Browse the files and directories" and then click the "Show backups" option.

If you choose the "Browse files and directories" option, you will encounter files displayed below. Click on the "Show backup" option.

Lastly, initiate the backup restoration by clicking on the "Restore" option.
