How to Change Password of a User Account via WHM?

As an administrator, you can oversee user accounts on your cPanel hosting server. To change a user account password, access the WHM panel.

To Change Password of a User Account:

  1. Log in to your root WHM account.

  2. Choose the "Account Functions" option from the navigation menu.

  1. Select “ Password Modification.”

The Password Modification interface will open. Here, you can modify the password for your hosting users.

  1. Choose the user account.

  1. Enter or generate a new password, and re-enter the password in the "Confirm Password" field.

  1. Select "Change Password."

Using this feature, WHM will update the password for the user account.
