How to Change Password of a User Account via WHM?

As an administrator, you have the ability to oversee user accounts on your cPanel hosting server. Use the WHM panel to change the password for a user account with the following steps:

  1. Log in to your WHM root account.

  2. Click on it, and choose "Account Functions" from the drop-down menu.

  1. Select "Password Modification."

The Password Modification interface will appear, allowing you to update the password for your hosting users.

  1. Choose the user account.

  2. Enter or generate a new password, and confirm by reentering it in the "Confirm Password" field.

  3. Click "Change Password" to apply the changes.

Using this process, WHM will update the password for the specified user account.
