This interface enables you to simultaneously send emails to all WHM/cPanel users, providing a convenient way to communicate during server maintenance or to notify reseller users about security concerns.
Step 1: Log in to WHM with root access.
Step 2: From the Home page, choose "Account Functions."
Step 3: Choose "Email All Users" from the Account Functions.
Step 4: Fill in the Sender Name, Sender Email, Subject, and Message Body text boxes with the relevant information.
Step 5: Scroll down to the bottom, check the box "Send Email to Resellers’ Customers" if you also want to email the resellers’ customers, and then click on "Send."
Step 6: The page will refresh upon clicking the "Send" button. While waiting for the refresh, review the information you've entered.
Step 7: Click "Send" again to dispatch the email. A confirmation message, "Emails have been sent!" will display upon successful email transmission.
