Reviewing email activity on your hosting is a straightforward process, exclusive to admin users. Simply examine the email log maintained by DirectAdmin under Email Summary for user accounts.
Follow these steps to check the Email Summary:

Log in to your DirectAdmin admin account.

Navigate to the Admin Tools section and select E-mail Summary.
The E-mail Summary interface will open.

Access the Range box.
Choose to display the status of emails within a specific date and time range.

Set the limits of the Range by selecting Dates and Times.

Click Apply to apply the selected date and time range.

After configuring the Range, click on the SEARCH button.
The comprehensive summary detailing the email usage for the specified time range of your DirectAdmin user accounts will be displayed in the form of a log.
